Hey all,


I'm going to express my travel experience from Mumbai to Himachal Pradesh.

Himachal Pradesh is not only a state of mountains but it has an emotions. Tourism is a major contributor to its state economy & growth.

Lets enjoy the experience of traveling with भगवन को मानते हो  😉

We had booked online railway ticket from https://paytm.com/. (I know, some people will question why Paytm ? because we got some discount offers on Paytm)

I was traveling with my best friends - Prajwal Shetty, Dakshin Gala, Abhijit Gupta & Vielly Dsouza.


we have spent near about 12000/- only for per person for this entire journey.

5th Oct'18

Amritsar Express (11057)

Day 1 Mumbai (Borivali Station)

21.21 PM - We all gather in Borivali station because our train was from Borivali station to Amritsar.

Yes Amritsar, most of the people from western region of India do travel Himachal Pradesh from Delhi or Chandigarh but we have visited more than 10 places within 10 days
( including train journey) by starting from Amritsar.




7th Oct'18
Day 3 Amritsar station.

We reached Amritsar station on 7th Oct'18 at 6.00 AM.

Amritsar Temple

We had already booked a private cab, driver was very friendly person. we already had a discussion with him about the places we have planned to visit.

Driver came to Amritsar station on 7th Oct, we met him for the first time in Amritsar station & we have exchanged few words & emotions with each others, which helped us to know the beauty of North.

First we went to a holy place in Punjab called "Golden Temple".
We took a blessings in Golden Temple & enjoyed near about 2 hours in temple & after that we went to Jallianwala Bagh.

we have started to travel further for our next location which was Kasol,
Amritsar to Kasol was near about 380 km, so we had our lunch in a Punjabi Dhaba, which was on the way of Punjab to Kasol.
we reached Kasol by 10 PM & i guess the climate was 9 degree. We have enjoyed whole night in our rented room in a hotel in Kasol.

Day 4
Kasol to Tosh

Tosh - Himachal Pradesh

Next day morning, we started our journey to our next location "Tosh".
we reached Tosh by 12 Noon, we were looking for a room nearby mountain & finally booked a small room in a hotel.
Tosh is very beautiful place, it is surrounded with hill mountains.

Chai nasha hai aur in pahadoo mai ussae pinaa ka ek alag hi mazza hai.

Day 5
Tosh to Kheerganga

Kheerganga Trek

We haven't planned to do trekking in Himachal Pradesh but i guess it was there in our destiny.
As per our plan, all of us were ready for further destination but while having our breakfast in the morning, we heard about "Kheerganga Trek".
After hearing so many things about this trek, we finally took a decision of trekking for the first time. No one was aware that we will climb near about 12km continuously but finally we had completed our first trek in 2018. Nature looks more beautiful when you're on top of the mountains. we have booked tent on top of mountain with best music experience & born fire. The climate was 3 degree at night & we had our dinner in our tent.

Day 6
Kheerganga

If you are in Kheerganga & you haven't experienced hot springs water, its look like that you're working in a company without a pay.
Yes Kheerganga trek is famous for its hot spring water in surroundings of Icy mountain.
we were shock that how this hot spring water in this icy mountain ?
Nature has its own creations 😍

Kheerganga

We had a bath in this hot spring water, kheerganga is one of the best place to visit in HP.
we returned back to our hotel after completing trek & packed our bag for new location Manali. we reached Manali by evening 6 PM & booked a room in a hotel via https://www.oyorooms.com/. Manali is famous for backpacking & honeymoon destination. People usually visit this place to enjoy snow.



11th Oct'2018
Day 7
Manali, Solang Valley, Gulaba View Point & Marhi.

We were ready for our next location, that was solang valley & Gulaba view point. we all wanted to go to Rohtang pass & Keylong but fails to reach there due to snow fall. we reached till marhi (a place on the way to rohtang pass) & unfortunately had to come back to Manali.
I felt sad that we haven't reached till Rohtang pass & Keylong, so now we have changed our plan &  started our journey to the next location "Shimla".

12th Oct'2018.
Day 8
Shimla

We reached Shimla by early morning & went to kufri, had some fun over there. We have planned to go to Shimla Mall Road.
Mall road is the best place to do any shopping for your friends & family. Our bag was in our cab & we were doing a shopping in Mall Road. we have completed our shopping by 4 PM & now as per our plan we started our journey from Shimla to Chandigarh. we reached Chandigarh by around 10 PM.
We were searching for a hotel & finally booked a room in a hotel near to Chandigarh station & spent a night in that hotel. We were having our train from Chandigarh on 13th Oct'18 at 11.20 AM.

13th Oct'2018
Day 9
Chandigarh to Andheri.

We woke up early morning, had our breakfast & packed our bag with lots of experience & emotions, which we had in our 10 days journey from Mumbai - Himachal Pradesh - Mumbai.
We had carried our bag & went to Chandigarh Station by around 10.30 AM. we were ready to catch our train on time but now it was time to say bye bye Himachal Pradesh.

Day 10
Andheri (Mumbai).

Finally we came back to Mumbai, with lots of travelling experience & emotions.

Gulabla View Point

Everyone's dream is to travel to Leh Ladakh in his entire life, we were also having this dream but we fail to do so. Now it is not our dream but it is our goal to travel to Leh Ladakh in future.
